please help me out!!!, i need a song title.

i heard a song the other day.
It was like an electro/techno song.
The main thing i kept hearing in the lyrics was "don't care how you pay your bills".
It was a woman's voice & i think with a slight brittish accent.
Please let me know & help me find it.

I dunno but the only women british/english accents are Amy Winehouse & Lady Sovereign. Maybe you can check there songs?

its not that strong of an accent.
like you can barely tell. & its a smooth type voice.
