Installing firefox will not fix the problem, FireFox uses some of the same framework as Internet Explorer. I wish people would stop using that as a excuse to fix problems that can be fixed in maybe 10 mins tops. You cant really use a browser that can barely read PHP or has problem with almost ANY billing system. No browser "reads" PHP. PHP is rendered server-side, and then the generated (X)HTML is pushed to the client computer. In fact, very few systems don't work with non-IE browsers, even if they claim not to. There are almost always some simple workarounds. There are a few services that do require IE, but hardly enough to say that it's not worth using a non-IE browser at all. I also don't think IE and Firefox use identical frameworks. They use completely different rendering engines, and they don't even share plugins between them. |
