Invisible ttext in Interests etc Options

Im having a problem where when I install a layout to my GF's myspace her text under Interets,Music,Books etc is the same color as the background. And it does not show up, but only brackets and commas can be seen.... I tried to locate the line where I can change the color to a lighter color other than black which the background is black... Here is the code...what should I change?
