I made two : one with effects, and the other is simply colorized. Comment, criticize.

Her hair is an... unnatural shade of blonde o_O Question: Did you set the coloring to "color" or "color dodge"? It could just be the images. The makeup colours clash. The eyeshadow seems orange, the lips are dark red, and the blue is bubblegum pink. Also, I just noticed, her blush runs all the way to the side of her mouth? Try lowering the opacity of the blush, and MOVING the blush away from her mouth. Eyeshadow is okay though, except for the color.

I'm not a colourization expert though, so what I'm saying MAY NOT be totally valid.

*on to the effects one* Well, whatever effect you used, please don't ever use it again. It's really terrible. It makes the image look REALLY dark, and of a terrible quality. Everything becomes obscure when you use it.

Is that scriptina I see as the font? OH NOEZ! It wouldnt be too bad if you had used the font right, but it's the WAY you used the font. that makes me think "oh noez!" Firstly, the color is too dark and blends in with the background. Secondly, the drop-shadow effect you used is also pretty bad. It's just SO FAR away from the text. Stick with the colourized image without the effects, and use like... Porcelain or Carpenter ITC as a font choice instead.

Overall, the colourization is pretty okay. Just the effects version = nono.

^I have to agree..

The makeup may be a lil too feathered since it really blends off the desired areas. The blush and the lipstick almost merge together. The blush is always hight up on the cheekbone. I would feath the hair line just a tad more, since its a somewhat harsh transition. And maybe move the hairline back? you colored where no hair is blond. The hair color looks radioactive.. it hurts my eyes. I think if you add a lil brown to it, it would be better. The blush could also be less saturated too.

With the effects, you loose the text and just darken the picture. The crosshatch doesnt exactly match the theme of the picture. Marilyn wouldnt like crosshatch, would she?

you did a lot of nice stuff, like the shinyness of the picture looks hot, your picture choice is hot, the eye shadow is nicely done. But yeah.. you should stay away from scriptina...

The skin seems a bit to. . . pale. The hair is a weird hue. Maybe lower the opacity? But other than that, I love the eyeshadow job. It's absolutely amazing! I agree with Mooka. The effects one seems a it odd. But nice job overall. wink.gif

and agreed with hollywood.
The hair is a weird hue. Eyeshadow is very pretty though and it looks really good. Although some of the effects look a little odd its still nice.

Gosh I guess I'm the only one who thinks the hair looks good. It's (well, to me) supposed to look vintage. And that's what I'm getting from it.

I love it. :)

I love it. I love how it's over the top, especially with the hair color.

The hair looks...metallic. However, I think you did a great job with the eyeshadow. (:
