Help ...profile tables!, Codes aren't working AT ALL!!! Options

Okay... I'm trying to help my step sis with fixing up her profile...click HERE to see it. The tables are really jacked and her friends are BELOW her details section!?!?! They're also all REALLY big, and none of the codes for centering or making profiles skinny/thin are working...? Please help! here's her coding:

all those quizzes and crap are messing up the layout
