Looks more like a screenshot to me. I think what she/he did was made a selection around the photo took a screenshot then cropped it to make it focus on only that image.

^hah yea i was about to say that
looks like they just out lined it with the lasso tool or something
took a screen shot
made a new document pasted it in there
and then cropped it

Open your image. press "Ctrl A" then press "print scr," it's on the right of F12 on yer keyboard. then juss crop the image. =)

everyones keyboards are different so it may not be there
just look for the prnt scrn button though
