At this website, if you scroll down slightly, they have image links with this sort of fade thing whenyou put the cursor over the image.

I was just wondering if anyone knew the script/code for this.

You can't use it for LJ.... At least I was under the impression that LJ didn't support Javascript. You place it in LASTN_HEAD section. Under the CSS, before the CSS.... It doesn't matter as long as it's before the ending </head> tag.
