I wanted to know where can I find this brush; I think I accidently deleted it and can't seem to find it again. I have tried to looking at several sites for it. Any help is appreciated.

Well, you can do that easily by modifying the settings for a default round brush. Change the size jitter, opacity jitter, and try turning on the airbrush feature I guess. Good luck. :D
