me and my bf got together march 17th, then broke up april 21. but got back together on may 4th. june 4th i said happy one month, and he seemed cofused because he counts the 17th as the anniversary date. but we broke up for two weeks, so i counted the 4th as the new anniversary date...
so my question is, when yall break up and get back together do you count the first time yall went out as the official anniversary date, or the second time?? |

I would say the second time.
I mean counting the first time wouldn't that just make you think when you first parted and broke up.. And the second should make you think of the happiness when you got back together. |

I guess it all depends on how close you guys were during your 'break'. If you both acted still like boyfriend & girlfriend then just count the first date. If you guys didn't talk during the 'break' then I'd say that you should maybe count the 2nd time ?
hah, oh man I don't know. Just talk it over with them & see what they want to do I guess. |

During the break you weren't "together" so it doesn't count. |

referring to K!$$...thats what i thought. because the break up meant we were single. which is what i went on, but he didnt think so
yea, we decided the 17th was still the anniversary...since the split wasnt a real split. just some time to work out some stuff. but thanks for the insights
