Comment Links, sizing Options

I want to make my comment links a larger size such as 14 point. Unfortunately, no matter what I do they stay the same size. I honestly don't know what is wrong. Am I doing something wrong? Or is that not allowed on a free account? Or What.




*I know I could put everything between one <style></style> but I just do it this way for no particular reason. Plus there are probbly some dud codes there for trying to make the links bigger.
