Need help with an autobulletin code Options

Hi there, sorry if this has been posted before.

But I need some help with a myspace auto belltin code for my page.

Instead of having a simple submit button, I would like to have a picture there instead, But I don't know how to go about changing the code so that it would work (if it's actually possible that is)

so, I was wondering if anyone could help me please?
