Yes...
Copy and paste the image into a new document (so you have two). On one, grayscale it (or use a new layer filled with white/black set to color). Make sure it's still RBG color mode. On the other, erase everything but your nails. Copy the nails onto the other picture and move them until they cover exactly. |

you could also:
select your nails click selections>>invert click adjust>>hue&saturation>>colorize [drag the bar on the right side all the way to the left] |
