1st question.




that is my comments scroll box area.
now i've taken out the numbers of comments [50 out of 728 for example] i've had it doesnt change the width of the scroll box.
ive played with the width of the scroll box but it doesnt seem to work.
i want it like this:



so you dont have to scroll across.
and the thing scrolls straight down without having to scroll across.
anyone know how to do that?


2.how do i get a heading in the scroll box border like this?
