you can see hte black arrows for the scroll bars

but to change the colors

The probelm isnt the color...its like somehow the scrollbar is hidden or something...if there was a problem with the color then the scrollbar would be the same way everywhere else on my page...but u can see the other scrollbars.. My MySpace
