help in vexeling hair in photoshop |

well, i finally got a free trial in photoshop!
 so i'm trying to vector. and i understand how to use the pen tool and drag it to create the strands, but when i do, the color is always navy! it won't change to the hair color i want. i've used the eyedropper, and in the layers box it shows up as the blond color i want. but when i actually vector it, it shows up as navy. how do i change this?! |
