Paid Account Question Options

I got a paid account for 2 months and decided to switch to an S2 layout.
I thought I saw people with S2 layouts that had been customized, but I didn't know where they would put the codes since it was in S2.
-Is there a way to change the top bar (user info, friends, website, ect..) to customize to what I want?
-If I have to go back to S1 to customize that part, is there a way I could still use my boring S2 layout?
