my cousin read on a few layout sites that somehow div layouts violate some copyright law, and people with div layouts are being deleted.
i seriously see no way at all that could be possible, but the sites said people already started getting deleted. is there any truth to this at all? |

i dont see why they would be deleted. myspace allows us to use html, so it would have to be expected for us to cover the layout with our own creations. i believe as long as you dont cover their ads you'll be fine, i havent been deleted yet and ive had over lays for months

yeah same here, i've been using them for a while.
i thought about that too, that people have been getting deleted cause of ads instead of just because of the div. but the sites all say "copyright laws". not "blocking the advertisements". |

yeah, i'll keep my ears open about the issue, and if i hear anything i'll let you know, personally i think it would be dumb for them to delete people for making overlays as long as they keep their ads
