i dont live with either of my parents.
my mother got kicked outta the house and my father got a girlfriend and had a child without telling me so i live at home with this lady whos hired to live with me


mmm its good. i dont really have a curfew or anything and im pretty free to any i want
but sometimes when i see my father i cry cause i miss him
but my mom visits me once a week


so what are your relationships like at home? just curious :D

Got both of my parents at home. Got a curfew which sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But the good part to living with my parents is that my mum cooks all the time lol. Mmm..

Just my mom and brother. My mom's not too strict, never really home either.. So it's not bad. I guess she just trusts me to do whatever's right so she leaves me alone.

I only live at home when I'm home from college. My parents aren't strict about anything anymore. I'm 20, so I can come and go as I please. I don't even need to tell them what I'm doing. I do, just to be courteous, but it's not a requirement.

I'm not really extremely close to my parents, though. Sometimes I wish we had a closer relationship. But we don't have tons in common so there's not a lot to talk about. They're proud of me, but they don't really understand my studies or goals that much.

i don't exactly have one. My mom lives with some other guy now.. Really never had a relationship with her. And the one you would say it was, was mostly me listening to her problems and giving her advice 0_o
But not make it clear that it was advice.. Pretty messed up in a way. And then with my dad I've always just been like her mostly. Love computers and video games and well electronics, movies and book type things. Logical things i guess. But I don't really share my personal life or tell them things like these people that say their mom or dads are like their best friends and they could tell them anything. I don't trust parents enough to be that.

I live with my Mom and brother. Dad's in Hong Kong. Relationship with Mom and Dad aren't exactly great. Me and my Mom argues over every single lil thing...she doesn't see my side and I can't seem to understand her side. Curfews and rules suck. And so does being yelled at.

I live with both parents. Our relationship is so-so; we get along some days and other days it's just terrible. Eh, she's kinda strict, but will let me out if I tell her exactly where I'm going, who I'm going with and what I'm going to do.
My dad doesn't really seem to mind as much as my mom though.

But, I'm moving out for college in a couple of months and I couldn't be more excited.

My parents are really caring, but they are a bit strict. My dad mostly finds many things a waste or time, such as going to a dance or just going over to a friend's house. Sometimes, I don't mind because I just want to stay in my room all day, but it can get annoying after a while. I don't even complain about it so I guess they think it's not a problem. If I do go outside though, they have to know where I'm going, who's going to be there, and a number so they can call me. They've been just a tiny bit lax about it recently, though.

They've loosened up over the years, so I don't exactly find it to be so bad.
I don't go out as often as other kids that I know do.. so probably compared to other kids my parents are pretty strict. I'm not allowed to date either =/
For the most part we're all fine together.. but there are just days where we wanna kill each other.

hmm... i don't live with my parents any more o.O;; i live with my grandparents.... my real dad is an @$$ ... he and my mom never got married, but yeah... he lies to me and such when i talk to him (i just want to know whats going on and such... after all i'm his son...) he didnt tell me he was getting married, nor did he tell me he has kids... so i got what 2 step sisters that i dont even know about nor seen...and i was shocked that he came to my graduation.. it was the first time ive seen him in oh 5 years, and he wouldn't show me a picture of his kids o.O;; sooo yeah. i find all this stuff from my mom... my step-dad is really cool, but yeah i dont know i dont live with them... and my grandparents dont have a curfew on me... so i can come home when ever i feel like it o.O;; oh and i see my mom everyday, or once every 2 days, my step-dad about once or twice a week... yeah.... thats how my relationship with my parents are...

They're alright.... they give me all the necessities & allowance money every month..........

They tend to be strict in areas such as dating, taking the car out myself, going out with friends to crowded places..... going out to frds at night.......

they used to be furious about me skipping classes.......... feels like i'd get butchered up or something..... but eversince University started, there's this subject I always leave early to catch the quicker trains........ but since I don't have any exams for that subject, they don't mind if i skip like 1/2 of it....... so I guess its not that much of a big deal unless its a subject i hve exams on....... THEN i'd be butchered up....

My ex helped me quite a lot, because my parents aren't as strict as they used to be 8 months ago~ i guess the relationship helped my parents to realise that they can't be that strict anymore...

I get along with my dad ok, but he has a bad temper once in awhile (usually triggered by my mom being a b*tch) I cannot stand my mom for more than 10 minutes at a time

I live with both of my parents. But the thing is, I'm waaaaay too sheltered. I've never been allowed to go to or even have a slumber party. Never been allowed to have a party for friends. I used to hardly ever get to go anywhere with friends. Now that my parents are kinda loosening up, I've lost interest in wanting to hang out with people outside of school. I've become somewhat anti-social.

Which has resulted in me having very few close friends. I love my parents to death, and I know they have good intentions. They've definately kept me out of trouble, to say the least. My whole family is pretty close. I'm kinda limited on what clothes I can wear... because my parents find clothes that most girls my age wear as inappropriate. And up until about 2 years ago, my mom had to listen to any music before I bought it. I've honestly had so much music thrown away. And, they have no respect in my hobbies. I'm pretty much obsessed in web design, but they wont let me have a website. I want my own domain, but i'm having to settle with secretly having a crappy freewebs site. My dad wants me to be a doctor or a engineer, but I have no interest in that kind of thing. I want to major in something art related. But im basically at the point where I dont really care, because once I go to college, I wont have much of a choice over where I go. I have to stay at home, so i'm pretty limited. Me staying at home for college is the only way my parents will pay for it. And theres no way I'll get a full scholarship, so im pretty much stuck where I'm at until im at least 22 or 23. ;_;

here is how my parents are:

-brought me up with morals and values, and expected me to follow them out of my own free will.

-raised me to be open and honest in everything that i do, if i am doing something they don't like.. i tell them im doing it. they tell me why i shouldn't do it, but they still give me the free will to make my own decision in the end and let me suffer my own consequences...

-They basicly give me their views and opinions on things before i do them, and i make the decision myself... I'm 20 years old, why should they tell me how to live my life.
