Extremely dry/cracked lips, aghh |

My lips have been extremely dry and cracked for the past 2 weeks, and its only getting worse each day. I've tried several different kinds of lip balm and moisturizer, but nothing seems to work.
My lips are the worst when I first wake up in the morning, I guess because they havent been moving. Lol. And they are always cracked when I first wake up. Its only my top lip that is cracking though. And this morning when I woke up, my top lip was bleeding a little.  And it hurts just for something to slightly touch my mouth. I cant even smile, or i'll feel like crying. Any suggestions?
