Music Player Help Options

So, i used the code for the music player, and i put the url in, and on firefox, it says that i need to install a plug in to play the media. I checked the plugins, and it says i need to manually install one. Which would be best? My url is from putfile...could i use that url? If not, what websites can i upload to so that i can use the url (i checked the "big book of resources, but im not sure which i could use)
