I am 16 years old, 5'4, and about 130 pounds. I am on the Crew team and I am a coxswain (the little guy who steers the boat). For the past 2 years (since freshman year and I'm a junior now) I have not grown in heigh, but I started out at 110 and this year I have become 130 (it's a 50/50 ratio of fat and muscle from a personal standpoint). I need to maintain my weight around 120 and I am being recruited for college crew and I am going to need to maintain my weight. So basically my questions are...

1) Is it healthy?

2) What are good ways to keep the weight off? I know I need a complete life style change, but I am one of those kids who eat nonstop and typically don't gain weight. I want to change my diet so I am eating more healthy foods, but it is difficult.

3)Would it be healthier for me to stay around 115 pounds because that would be my ideal weight.

My BMI is 22 I think and my body fat percentage is around 13 percent so I think I could probably lose those 10 pounds and still be fine. Opinions?
