Well anyways, when you were little, did your parents lie to you and say that they'll get what you want if you do what they tell you to, but never did?

My mom used to do that to me all the effin time!

One time she said if I eat my dinner, right after she was going to take me to ToyRus to buy me all of the toys I wanted. And did she take me there? Nope, not at all. stubborn.gif

yea it happens to me ALOT OF TIME, they said if i finish my dinner or sleep in the day time, they will take me out to eat but they never did. when i ask them, they said " we dont have money " it pisses me off blink.gif

i start bitching at them.

I always ate my dinner..=] Even as much as I hated it..my parents wouldn't tell me anything really, but my mom told me if I learned how to ride a bike she would buy me tons of toys, but she never really did..but she probably would if I reminded her right now, but I don't really want toys anymore..haha

oh well. we were kids. they had to say SOMETHING.

i remember this one story.. a mother promised her kids that they would go swimming on "tuesday" and the answer would always be tuesday. the kids were satisfied because they got an answer but they never caught on because they didn't know when tuesday was.

well my parents would always say.. eat your dinner and then we'll buy you a toy tomorrow.. the next day i would be like lets go get my toy! they would look at me and say... when did we ever say that?

When I was little...
and i didn't eat my dinner... and my grandfather was still alive.. he would like, force me to eat it no matter what. He passed away.

But now, my parents don't give a crap of what i eat and what i don't.
