I need Scroll box help!!!, IE hates me! |

Okay, so I finally figured out the whole scroll box thing in firefox, however, it moved one box WAY to the left for some reason, but the real issue is that in IE the scroll boxes aren't there, the background for the tables isn't there, and I have HUGE empty boxes underneath the sections where I wanted the scroll boxes.
If anyone can help, that would be great! The site is here.
