such a cute bear.. i don't like the fake sparkly star things though.. oh well. i find it very cute. and i like the color choice. 8/10

The background color should match the background of your image. And ditto on the sparkles.
Other than that, it's a very cute and neat layout. :] |

When I saw bear in the title I was thinking of a wild bear and I smiled. A stuffed bear is okay too. I think your layout is quite pretty.
