and why was there only one specialized HS? Brooklyn Tech isn't as good as York or Stuy or Bronx.

Woah woah missy. I'm going to Tech next year cry.gif We're not that bad. But on the other hand I'm pretty suprised Stuy or Bronx didn't make it. How odd. Maybe us New Yorkers are just stupid? huh.gif

I think we're just above Mississippi and then DC. I remember in 8th grade being actually 50th, though. biggrin.gif

Do you? Where? Geez, there's more Geoergians than I thought even blink.gif Northview and Centennial are pretty high up as far as GA schools go. I almost went to Northview, too. Glad I didn't, though. They may be "better," but at least we have IB..and band, but anyway rolleyes.gif

Stuyvesant HS is better than that school, so why isn't it on the list?

I'm not surprised that it didn't make the list. I'm happy it didn't, don't buy into all the hype. Stuy is overrated.

I'm also not surprised that my school didn't make it, I'd hope not anyway. My school sucks.

Why is Long Island City HS in there???
It's the worst HS ever!

Cardozo's on there :]
My dad went there for HS.
And for my mom, she went to Townsend Harris and that's on there too.
Edward R. Murrow's on there too, and my cousin goes there.
Forest Hill, my zoned school is on there? It's not that good..but I don't go there anyways.

and I just noticed that most of the High Schools on that list are located in NY..
Sigh..too bad my HS isn't in there..Can't Frank Sinatra be in there?!!
