Replace extended network with marquee banner?, help pretty please

So, anyone know how to replace extended network with a marquee banner? I've made the banner, and just want to put it in place of extended network. Thanks for any help.

You mean animated one? It doesn't matter what kind of banner it is they all work.

It's not possible to marquee it...if you've seen it before..wow.

Actually its possible if you hide both extended network and blogs then use divs and put a marquee in there.

And/or You can make an animated marquee banner in imageready or animation shop that can also go up there. (w/out a div)
