ehh.

clogged arterys are caused more by your food and genetics than lack of excercise.

Like anything if you exercise you can eat whatever you like. Your arteries will branch off and create more space for blood flow. Everything adapts.

no, if you exercise, you can't eat whatver you like. you still have plaque building in your arteries, because your diet is so terrible.

sikdragon, do you know ANYTHING about arteries? stubborn.gif

obviously not. clogged arteries are also in counterpart with high cholesterol, which CAN come from bad eating habits and/or little excercise, and is also genetic. in my case, it's genetic. high cholesterol runs in my family.

5 years ago my mom had an operation on her heart because her arteries were clogged. she ate pretty well, too. she almost DIED because of this surgery. she's in no way obsese. perhaps a bit chubby, but that does not at all cause you to die.

i'll also have to have this surgery, no matter how i eat and no matter how much i excercise.

high metabolism allows you to eat what you want and still stay skinny and healthy.

Its not an easy A because no matter what your physical education teacher tells you, its not about the effort, its about if you're a good athlete or not.

Of course we should have PE. o_o But we should have a choice on how we want our PE. My school is like that. :) For instance, some kids can take tennis and others can take volleyball and others can take swimming but they all get gym credit.

Uh, no. That's not true of all PE classes, maybe it pertains to your instructor, but from experience, not all PE courses are like that. It is an easy A.
