I have a motorola v3 razr (I know it lags, but that's the only free phone t-mobile provides at that time), and I use Motorola Phone Tools to upload pictures and ringtones. I have used it several times with no problem, but not for some reason when I open Motorola Phone Tools, it keeps initializing and just can't find the connection for my phone. I restarted the computer and it still doesn't work. Yes, I admit that my computer lags when it comes to USB connections, it sometimes doesn't respond to it. Help? Is this my computer's problem or MPT's?
