Few quick questions on band site Options

Hi all,

I am working on the Breaking Benjamin myspace page.

I was wondering how do I add extra sections down the left side. Similar to http://www.myspace.com/taproot their discography, etc.

Also is there a way to even out the Upcoming shows section. Right now the td for the Date and time is way too big.

There are 3 &nbsp before some of the headings, is there anyway to get rid of those.

Sorry for being a n00b, first time messing with myspace. I usually do CSS only designs from scratch and am a little rusty on my tables.
