HELP!, Visual Style help |

So I downloaded an XP visual style, that's supposed to look like Vista or whatever. Anyhoo, I used an XP patcher thing so I could run visualstyles instead of StyleXP, which might be the problem.
Anyway, It doesn't look right without a search bar in the the start menu, so I'm wondering how I might go about doing that. I've done quite a bit of searching and came up with nothing whatsoever. All help would be appreciated. Here's a screenshot of my problem:
