Okay, so, I've been going to a small gym lately and all the music that they play tend to be older songs I had listened to like 5 years ago. My trainer has played these same songs over and over again and I'm starting to get sick of them. So.. I wanted to make my own CD Mix.
My question -- What songs do you listen to when you work out? I need to find songs that are up to beat and easy to jog/lift wieghts to. Help please? (I attempted looking for a topic like this but I couldn't find one). Thanks in advance. <3 |
