alignment change possible?, examine and let me know Options

Where I have the comment area boxed in in the red, is it possible to actually box that in, thus creating a background color, and center the text much like the entry date?

Also, is it possible to make the text in the entry more center aligned instead of more of a right align?

Thanks about the alignment heads up, I got that taken care of, now I'm just wondering if it's possible to do to my comments what I did to the bar with the date in it.
