It's in your preferences, I think other Editing. They're called "editing marks" or "invisible marks" or "paragraph marks", or something like that.

 Click what is arrowed on the tool bar. It's the "show/hide" button. If it's not on your tool bar, go to View -> Toolbars -> Standard (make sure standard is checked). |
