Shifting Layout Options

[lilproblem]

I don't know what's wrong with my layout! For the past few days it's been shifting, and now today it's shifted so far off center that I don't have a clue what's wrong with it and how to put it back. Here are the over-ride codes.

Does it shift when you change the window size? That could be part of the problem. For me it only works in 1152x864 res. And that's only in Firefox - in IE the content is pushed up so far that it covers up the header image. I honestly don't know what's wrong. O.o
