Help me please !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, need help on banner and ect Options

hey u guys this site is so cool i hyped up my xanga sort of haha but still not good enough...do any of u knoe how to put a banner on the top or sumtin...k this is wut i did...i made a cool banner from paintshop pro then put it on internet explorer went into properties then copied the link then put the code in xanga wit the url and it worked but then it doesnt come up anymore? do anyof u knoe how to make it work...i felt like wow i made a cute banner then it doesnt work...please help me i'm getting really fustrated...i also wanna knoe how to change the eprops word and comments i dont knoe where to change it and stuff...also how do you make the scrolly things for each entry? i am so lost

then just copy da url and paste it inthis code: <img src="url"> and put the finished code in the custom header section!
