Trying to position image without moving text, confused |

Is there a way I can position a picture anywhere on the page without moving the text with it? I tried to move the picture with position:absolute, fixed, relative, static...but all is not working. The text keep on moving. I try to end it with </div> tag also but still it moves with or to the bottom of the picture. I just want my text to stay at the bottom of my banner. Is that possible?

Did you try closing the div before the text? Because if you close the div after the text, then it's going to move.

Xanga is like that. Just finish moving the image, then move your navigation/sidebar/whatever (if you have one), then your blog entries. If you're still having problems, you can post your code and we'll try to help you from there.

I have two attachments... my old page code and the jukebox code.
what im really trying to do is replace my old jukebox with this new one since it has previous, next, and shuffle but the div code keeps on messing up on me. i don't know what i'm doing wrong.. either the jukebox moves with the text or the page hits image moves with the text...the text don't want to stay by itself under the banner... thanks
