I took that tutorial, but i want a border around the PSD..that I am using. Like this: http://img506.imageshack.us/img506/8840/bowwowbanner27ry.jpg. So, how do I do that?! (im using psp9) |

Complete the entire tutorial. Then go to Image -> Add Border and do that. I think, but I can't quite remember.
You can also do it twice, but when you get to this step: QUOTE Step five: Click Selections, then Modify, then lastly, Expand. set the pixels as 1, or any other pixel. But 1 for now... okay? Figure how much you want your 2nd border to be (let's say five.), and then add your original border to it.

to stroke it use this tutorial. But instead of a font use the picture.

make a selection.
new layer. selections - modify - expand __ pixels. fill w/ color. enjoy. |
