How can my xanga can post the moving images in HEADER?

That's a marquee. You can add as many image takes as you'd like. Just change the part that says url to image here to your image's internet address.

<marquee><img src='url to image here'></marquee>


Just paste that in the Input Html Header section of your Look & Feel.
