backround in div, not showing Options

i tried to change the background in my layout to put a pictue in.. and i think i put it in the right place.. but when i go to submit on the preview page it doesnt show, so i submitted it anyway thinking that it could just be my computer messing up again. but when i go to view my profile, the background still doesnt show..

the bit i edited was this

yeh they werntsuposed to be there and theyre not in my code.. i dont know because i couldnt take them off in this box thing...

but thats the code that i have and it doesnt work....
