Arghhhhh!!!! Options

Can some take the code I give below and customize it a little bit, because I have NOOOOO idea where to start and how to customize anything, I do not understand the myspace language or any of that stuff.....What I would like to know is.....Can you have the same basic layout except: Put a main picture in it with a link to view more pics...and show me where I can change the backround image so it is not scarlett johanssen...thanks so much to any one who can help
