2 questions:
if you look on my myspace you'll see that the only date displayed is the one for the latest comment. can anyone tell me why? also, how would i put a horizontal rule to separate my comments? or maybe even something like this person has it on theirs. EDIT: also, the space at the bottom of the comment div. how would i decrease that? i know you cant decrease it all the way to 50th comment, but when i used this code before, it didnt have that table all the way at the bottom. here are my comments div code. CODE .Commentbox { border:1px solid black; background-color:FBF7DC; background-image:url('http://img89.imageshack.us/img89/9388/ummheyyo4tj.gif'); background-repeat: repeat-x; background-position: bottom center; background-attachment:fixed; position:absolute; left:50%; top:170px; ..; overflow:none } .r{} .comt td td td table, .btext, .orangetext15, .redlink {display: none;} .r{variables about the div such a position, width, overflow.} .comt {visibility: visible; width: 316px; height: 177px; position:absolute; margin-left: -123px; margin-top: 509px; overflow: none; background-color:;} .r{width of 'display' bar, picture & comment (not date bar).} .comt table {position: relative; top: -45px; width: 305px;} .r{position of comments overall inside div} *html .comt table {top: -45px !important;} .comt td {visibility: visible; background-color: transparent; border: none;} .r{displaying xx of xx} .comt b {position: relative; top: -50px;} .r{didnt change anything.} .comt td td td b {top: 0px;} .r{} .r{comment text} .comt td td td, .comt td td td b {font-family:Franklin Gothic Medium; font-size: 11px; color: black;} .r{} .comt td td td a {font-family:Franklin Gothic Medium; font-size: 10px; color: red; text-decoration: none;} .r{'displaying xx of xx' bar} .comt b, .comt a, .redtext {font-family: Franklin Gothic Medium; font-size: 10px; color: black; text-decoration:none; letter-spacing:-1;} .r{date bar} .blacktext10 {font-family: Franklin Gothic Medium; align: right; border: 1px solid slategray; text-align: right; background-color: BABABA; font-size: 10px; color: 000000;} .r{} .r{width of date bar} .blacktext10 {display: block; width: 100%;} .r{width of comments (will bleed inside div)} .comt td td td {width: 50%;} .r{} .blacktext10 {position: absolute; top: 8px} .r{} .comt b {display: block; text-align: center; border: 2px solid slategray; background-color: 999999;} .r{} .comt td td td b {display: inline;} .r{} .comt td td td b {visibility: hidden;} .r{} .r{} .comt img {width: 260px; max-width: 260px; width: auto; border: 1px solid black; background-color:;} .r{} .comt a img {width: 90px; max-width: 260px; width: auto; border: 1px solid black; background-color:;} .r{} .comt div img {width: 80px; background-color:;} .r{} *html .comt img {width: 260px; background-color:;} .r{} *html .comt a img {width: 90px; background-color:;} .r{} *html .comt div img {width: 80px; background-color:;} td.text td.text td td a, .redlink, td.text td.text td b a {visibility:visible!important;} td.text td.text td a {visibility:hidden;} </style> thanks so much. |
