replacing text for general.. Options

whats the code for changing the title for the section general, music, tv..etc. and insted of it like this:
general:
music:
telivision:
etc..
you can change the titles for example:
what i like:
whats playing:
what i watch:
etc etc.
like that. and to add a new section in that general section. like say that i add a new title after the catergory music that says "blah blah.." like that. k thanks!
