okay ; i was wondering,
how do you make a picture
a link? i know that lots of
websites & layout creators
will add their tag to your page
if you use their layouts &such ; so if you click
their picture, it will take you to thier site.

anyways ; i already have a picture, i just want to
make it a link so that ; by clicking it, it will take
you to my "add comments" page.

i already have the urls. i just need i way to
link picture url to the comment url.
