make an image like this: http://i46.photobucket.com/albums/f119/-al...disco/PANIC.jpg
i'm pretty sure they used photoshop and some other stuff, but i'm not sure what to do. i looked in the tutorials and stuff and there was really no point to it because i didn't know what to look for. i'm not even sure if it's supposed to be in this forum...so if a mod could move it to where it needs to be...thanks (if it even needs to be moved)

Moved to graphic design.

You use a program like photoshop or paint shop pro.
Then you use brushes to get everything they have behind the text.
Then for the text you write it and stroke it.

It would be better to make it ps but the tuts I give you will be for ps and then its preetty much the same thing.

Using brushes: http://good-tutorials.com/search/query/use%20brushes
Stroke text look the layer pallete (bottom right hand corner), click your text layer, then click the little "F" on the bottom of the layer palette. Hit stroke. Edit the settings

if your using image ready you must be using Adobe Photoshop? Well if you choose to download brushes if you haven't you can look through the big book of resources for photoshop brushes, if you need to download it there is a tutorial on how.
