azumanga daioh is soo good.
Its just that most of my friend say it sucks.
I think its funny. I havent watched it in a while but the funniest characters are the pervert teacher and osaka. At least i think her name is osaka. lol
I am also about to but elfen leid too!!
i saw like the first four episodes and they were gruesome and stuff.....

I'm watching Azumanga Daioh from Episode 1-26 tonight. I bought the boxset at Best Buy for $45. I'm extremely happy about that.

But now Sammy and Jose have got me hooked on SHUFFLE! It's so good. I wish I could get my hands on the damn things on DVD. Maaaaan T.T

I <3 Tomo and Sakaki.

And Shuffle will be on my buying list for anime DVDs.

I know, Katie! It kills me. It's happening with a number of different Tokyopop series. I either need more scanlations, or I need to write to these major companies about how to get more manga licensed. There are a few that I'd love to see in an english translation!

Anyway, I think they're slowing down because translation for the rest of the series may be taking longer than expected. Not only that, but Tokyopop has so many titles on its manga roster that I expect it's difficult to spread time and attention evenly across all of them.

In any case, I'm really hoping to see some good new manga, and soon!
