Comment Box...Recommendations?, PERSONAL WEBPAGE Options

Hey,

I'm planning to make a blog on my personal webpage, and I was just wondering which Comment Box is the easiest to use! I'm just a beginner so I really have no idea on how to do this. I want a simple comment box that only contains:

• Name
• Email
• Message

Where ANYONE can leave a comment. I dont want it to be a Pop-up or anything like that. Just a simple one. If you guys could help me out, that would be great!
