DIV code, Problems with Script - SCREENSHOT Options

I created a screen shot of some things I'd like to fix here...

Do you see how the bottom navigation moved up under 'Who I'd Like to Meet'?
Can I move that back where it was?

And look above my comment box. There is thin empty border and a u shaped thing. I believe it may have something to do with my friends box being gone. I don't care if it's gone or not. If I have to bring it back then that's great. But I didn't use a code to get rid of it, it disappeared after using the DIV comment code.

Both of these things occured after entering that code. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I'm willing to use a different code...all I want is my comments in a DIV!
