This is my first div overlay, I made it for a good friend of mine...it took FOREVER to get right and I'm really excited about how it turned out!!!!

Really? I left that there so he could add in his own content in the main div. I forgot to add that it's best viewed in IE 1024x768, maximized.
I haven't checked its compatibility with Mozilla....? |

That's pretty nifty. The banner is a little soft for what I think of when I think of the Godfather, but well done.
