For this layout I'm doing, I can't figure out how to move the text to where i want it to. No matter how much I change the numbers for the postion, it never changes. I need help

i have no idea.
im pretty new to html and all. im guessing the margins is not supposed to be there? someone told me to put it there so yeah. i got the code from someone else....
