The heart is not a brush its a custom shape in photoshop.
The second hearts also look like photosho custom shapes just beveled. (Blending options bevel & embross) |

The hearts are a default custom shape. In Adobe CS on the tools menu, the button below type tool has a whole bunch of tools. Click it once and a little menu pops up. Click the one that says Custom Shape tool and look for the heart. The butterfly is also a default brush. If you haven't deleted or modified any of your default PS brushes, open the 'Special Effects Brushes' list and the last one should be the butterfly.

On the brush toolbar, click the little down arrow to choose a brush. Then click the little circle with a side arrow at the top right corner and it should take you to the list of brushes in your brushes folder.

Click ok. It won't actually replace the brushes. It will still be in your Brushes folder but the brushes in the box will be replaced. If you don't want to to that, click on the circled arrow>Load Brushes>choose the Special Effects Brushes from the proper folder.
